O aplicativo cola constantemente e ove-se com bastante ruído

Gosto do aplicativo, uso com bastante frequência. Só tem duas coisas que me chateiam nele. Primeiro não dá para enviar mensagens de texto, e segundo ao fazer a recarga do aplicativo. Eu sempre recarrego o meu Apple Store com 10€, e depois carrego o aplicativo com o saldo do Apple Store, só que quando carrego acabo sempre por ficar 4,51€ que eu podia aproveitar para carregar mais um pouco. Acho que deviam ter umas recargas mais baratas, tipo 2,20 3,20 ou até mesmo 4,00 para quem paga com saldo da Apple Store

The call quality was better than decent, and it actually had no hidden fees. The call rate is relatively cheap compared to calling cards. My only complaint is that the voice is delayed by a couple of seconds when the initial connection is made in each call.

I just downloaded the app because I needed to make a call to the Philippines. I foolishly added $8 credits to my account before reading the reviews. The number that I called I have been able to call before on other apps and landlines; however, on this app, my call would not go through. When I contacted customer support for a refund after a frustratingly long time of trying to get the call go through, I was told that my issue would be forwarded to technical support, with no ETA for response. WTH? When I asked for a refund, I was told that my request was forwarded to the finance department for approval, with no ETA for response. Needless to say, BEWARE AND DO NOT USE THIS APP! It’s more like a scam app than a legit communications app, like WhatsApp or Viber.

I need a method to call Portugal from the US and was attracted to Yolla based on an advertised rate of $0.035 / minute to a landline. I placed one 8 minute call and was charged $3.76 or $0.47 / minute! When I questioned the charge in a chat with their support, I was told that the advertised rate is not the final gate charged. Really!?!?! Not a fan!!!!!!

This application is a scam and I wish Apple would remove it from its store I have reported this to Apple and I don't know why Apple will not remove it from it store

It’s a scam, all they want is for you to recharge and then it won’t work. How is the bot so rude, it’s giving human beings acting as a bot

I found the app via google. I used it once to make a short call to Haiti. The quality was great so I initially felt reassured the next time I used the app it would work, I was WRONG! I’ve been attempting to call the same person with no changes made on my end since the last time I called, all I hear is “The destination you’re calling is unavailable, please try again later.” I’ve been attempting since 7am EST to 1900 still the same message.

Loaded the app and tried to make a call. The interface is very slow and the calls do not connect. Waste of money.
