Worst Provider Ever
The call quality is very poor compare to other. They are misleading customer, as there was ad about 20% bonus on first recharge but it never come through. I think people should chose other provider like mytello which is cheaper and better than yolla. I have contacted support but they didn't provide any assistance. The supports are full of untrained and unskilled staff.
USELESS APP WASTE OF MONEY
First time I tried to call USA from Australia I had issues. Tried every conceivable format without luck. Contacted support who were unable to provide a solution other then to tell me to check the correctness of the phone number which was correct. I would avoid this service
Utterly Useless App!
DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS USELESS APP! It crashes a gazillion times so they can keep charging you by the whole minute! The only thing more useless than the useless app is the useless support staff. They can’t string a sentence together in English or any other language for that matter and they only send the same useless meaningless script. Did I mention the word ‘useless’? Throw your money in the rubbish before giving it to these people, you’ll get more value out of the trash than giving it to these clowns!

I would give this ZERO stars. I’m bombarded with countless emails, so I decided to unsubscribe. When you click on unsubscribe, it takes you to their website, which doesn’t have an unsubscribe function. When I tried to delete my account, it asks for my number again and sends a verification code, which kicks you out of the page but never unsubscribes. I tried 4 times! This is a clear violation of consumer rights, watch out before giving your credit card details!!!
