O temporizador de intervalo não interfere com sua música ou outros aplicativos:
∙ Ouça seus aplicativos de música enquanto você treina.
∙ Guias de voz ou toque para cada treino.
∙ Você pode sair do aplicativo e continuar ouvindo os guias em áudio, para acompanhar um treino que você encontrou on-line.
E não há necessidade de registrar manualmente seus treinos:
∙ Páginas detalhadas de históricos e estatísticas para acompanhar seu progresso.
∙ Repetir um treino anterior de seu histórico, para que você não precise configurá-lo novamente.
