Un temporizador de intervalos sencillo y bonito.
1. Arrastra para establecer los intervalos personalizados de entrenamiento, descanso, rondas, etc.
2. Toca para comenzar.
El temporizador de intervalos no interfiere con la música que pongas u otras aplicaciones:
∙ Escucha las aplicaciones de música mientras haces ejercicio.
∙ Guías de voz o pitidos para cada entrenamiento.
∙ Puedes abandonar la aplicación y seguir con las audioguías un entrenamiento que encontraste en línea.
Y no es necesario registrar manualmente los entrenamientos:
∙ Páginas de estadísticas e historial detallado para seguir tu progreso.
∙ Repite un entrenamiento anterior del historial. No tendrás que configurarlo otra vez.
Si tienes alguna idea sobre cómo mejorar la aplicación, simplemente toca en "Ponerse en contacto con el servicio de asistencia" y cuéntanos. Siempre tratamos de mejorar el temporizador de intervalos.

He descargado unas cuantas aplicaciones y ninguna me convencía hasta que encontré esta. Estoy muy contento con ella debido a las opciones en sus ajustes y lo limpio que es su diseño. Seguid así!

Full version - what I‘m missing
Maybe I didn‘t find it yet but I bought the full version in the hopes that I can prepare and save several different workouts. Now the only way to do that is to set it up and then I have to go through the whole workout (yes, I know I can skip through the exercises) in order to be able to save it and name it. I was hoping I could just add the exercises and pauses and their duration and then save it without having to go through it all… But apart from that it’s pretty nice.
