Good app and gets the job done. Would like the option to add multiple exercises with different timing so I can do a circuit with more options to fine tune.

Almost perfect
I love this app. It is very easy to use and lets you store multiple timed workouts. The only thing it is missing is letting you name the exercises and the app announcing the exercise names when the set starts. Then it would be perfect!
99% Satisfied!
A few minor changes I would improve on, but otherwise it is perfect. The little things it is missing. -Nothing to warn you your cycle is coming up. Like a ticking a few seconds prior. -For mixed cycles it doesn’t tell you what exercise is coming up. Nothing else! Get this app! 🙌🤘
Best decision ever!
I got the flat purchase price and my first 30 minute HIIT workout was awesome. My only negative thing is I accidentally pressed restart button after I was 22 minutes in and I couldn’t or I didn’t know how to continue where I stopped. If I figure it out I will rave about it. Great for intermediate beginners who kinda know exercise routines already.

For the free 2 play portion it does its job. The only additional annoyance is probably the ad. For the pay version that as goes away. For AMRAP, circuit, etc HITT type training, this works well! Very easy to use and I haven’t had any complaints about it. I would like to see a feature to add your own music to the Alarms. That is about it.

Doesn’t work on AppleWatch
The app is great, but I don’t want to take my phone on my runs. I loaded it onto my Apple Watch, but when I open the watch app, there is only a blank screen. Unless you want to take your phone with you, I’d find another app.
