Not user friendly
I use an iPad exclusively and this app just doesn’t function well with tablets. How does one access their account information?

I despise this app. I am forced to use it periodically and it invariably takes 5 minutes or more to get to the information I want.

Worst ever
I can’t download or copy my K-1 so I can send it my accountant. Help how to pages are no help and give instructions that don’t work. I have to reset my password every time I want to look at my document not every 365 days. This site is not user friendly and very frustrating to work with.
