Rubbish support.

They take the Auction Houses word over mine, and think people have time to do gather ‘evidence’ to lift a ‘ban’ on approvals? I have children, run a company and use this app out of convenience. I have 1 strike after thousands of dollars of purchases and they do this to me. It’s rubbish.

Love it but

Hey the share of an item doesn’t give details at the moment.

When it works…

This previously reasonably stable app has recently gone to the dogs. I cannot currently retrieve my purchases or see my current bids. I have loaded the most recent update which has not helped. It’s utterly useless at the moment. Also cannot connect to rhe website for support. FIX IT!

I have waited three weeks for three orders still not sent. Can’t talk to auction house to find out we’re my items are. I don’t know what to do

Excellent platform - great functionality

Delays causes losses

The app is great when you place a bid as an absentee bidder, but fails to register bids on occasion when bidding live. Have lost out on two auctions due to the delay.

Got ripped off

I’ve used this a few times. It works ok until you win a bid, pay the invoice and never hear from them again. Can’t find anyway I’m the app to follow it up. Stay with services that provide secure transactions. Follow up. Still can’t get a reply. No way to challenge. 10”% rip off. Don’t use this app. Ignore the positive reviews from insiders.
