InVintory: Wine Collecting

This app is amazing for my wine wall storage. They are constantly updating it and bettering also. Worth the money and really good support and people.

Been using the premium app for almost two years and recently upgraded to the Opus version which has allowed me to transition my collection from individual sections of my wine room to a fully virtual wine room which allows me to locate individual bottles or cases visually or by search. The InVintory Team has been very responsive to my Enquiries and feedback. I suspect that there might still be further refinement but for the serious wine collector this app allows you to keep track of your collection and participate in established community groups as well as those who subscribe to the app. 10/10!

Such a great app. I managed multiple cellars on it with ease. And the development team is great too - they’ve responded to my feedback multiple times. Overall I’m very impressed and very happy to pay the monthly premium account fees.

It’s the best app for tracking your wines and keeping a record of them and their value and location. Sometimes the value is a bit glitchy and it’s hard to know how it is calculated (mine fluctuations by 10% over a few weeks). Also it’s missing some features or some don’t work like being able to click through to a wine and move between cellars or see that wines value over time or add additional wines to a group if you buy more of the same.

I love this app. Such a breath of fresh air compared to others in the category - it’s the only cellar manager I’ve actively enjoyed using and that meets my needs without over complication and without bloated unnecessary features. The team are quick to categorise and add data for wines which aren’t already in the database and there are regular app updates. I’d highly recommend giving it a go!

Last update removed the ability to default to column view. What a huge pain. Can no longer find a way to give feedback to the developers so here we are.

I got this app to keep track of bottles in my medium sized wine fridge. I like a lot of the features like being able to number my bottles as to location. I’d like to recommend a few improvements… 1. I want to edit varietals. One of my recent purchases lists a wine that isn’t in the 2022 wine. 2. On my iPod when I try to edit location, cellar location or address the keyboard pops up and then vanishes. It takes several tries and quick fingers to keep the keyboard showing. I’d consider a paid subscription but not yet. One huge bonus is not having to sort through 40 some bottles to find a wine. I ordered tags for my bottles so I can select a wine and then find it very easily! Great job!

My girlfriend and I are new collectors, and this app has helped to not only organize our budding selection but also to discover new wines we like. The 3-D tool to find wines in our fridge is immensely helpful, as is the ability to sort in drink window. Most impressive might be the beta AI somm. Recommendations for pairings, new wines to discover, and a charming personality has made those interactions enjoyable, memorable, and useful.

I recently inventoried over 1000 bottles into the app. It was extremely easy to add the bottles, about 90% where in the database and the few that werent we added through the app without difficulty . I would say improvements could be made in the following areas: multiple cellars, although you can register wine to multiple cellars, its not simple to distinguish between cellars when looking for wines . Pret a boire: i am looking for a wine for this evening, why not have a function that lets me see what wines are in the drinking window, based on wine type and cepage etc. All in all , my favorite wine app.

Don’t understand why the development team changed the interface. It was perfect. Now everything is buggy. When you choose a bottle and want to move it to a different position, you can’t ever scroll down to all of your shelves on a fridge to choose the one you want. Also, for some reason, when you are in your fridge and click an open spot, it won’t generate bottles that aren’t already placed in a position. EVERYTHING WAS FINE BEFORE YOU MESSED WITH IT! There is no more like neutral or hate option so you can archive the wine and decide to rebuy or not. It’s like they decided to change all the good things. Don’t understand it. I’ve been using this app for years…very frustrated.
