You can cancel your subscription at any moment in your iTunes account settings, but refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the terms. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at purchase confirmation. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

Generally love this but been frozen out

For almost a week. I opened the app, to create an invoice, it wanted to do an update. It then wanted to go through a set up process, and promptly froze in the payment set up part. I hit continue and nothing happens. When I reopen the app, I'm taken to that frozen page. Please help, I've tried every day several times and have emailed support. I love this app and normally it's so great. Emma

Great app, bad subscription ties

The app did all I needed it to do but it kept on suggesting I pay £10 per month, which was fine. I went to cancel the subscription as I didn’t need it any more, and saw that I could have been paying HALF THE PRICE, for basically the same main features?? A bit of a con but it’s functional.

Fantastic service especially to Alex in customer support

Alex is amazing she as helped me so much with a problem on the app. It got sorted efficiently too. Everytime I messaged her she responded so quick with an update and gave me the option to use the invoice maker via the browser. Thank you again Alex for all your valuable help.

I been using this app for a year and twice I have been locked out until I had to reinstall now I can’t send a invoice this week also I paid my weekly subscription payment 8.45 they took money but I can’t use the app I am out. !!

From totally free to 8.99 a month?

I have been using this app for a while, and before today I was quite satisfied with that I could do with it, but now all of a sudden you are trying to enforce me to subscribe to a service just to create invoices? Stripe does way more and its free to create invoices, the fact that you accept payments through your competitor its not very business savvy, because what you can do with this app, you can do using the invoice app in stripe. To conclude, I will no longer use this app, no point if you going to charge me almost 10 a month for no real worthwhile features, which are offered from your competitors for free.
