Mint chuurrrr
Highly recommend this software. Been using this for over a year now. (No major problems, although it’s a little shame that you cannot link it direct to your business bank account). Overall, yep well worth it, in terms of costing for the software for my business.
I have been using this app for approximately 4 years, initially loved it. There were a few changes to pricing and features, and from an upgrade that allowed me to have unlimited clients, I was automatically moved onto Standard subscription, which gave me 50 clients. All would have been well if the term client was, by definition, a client to whom I issue an invoice for services, of which I have twelve in total over the four year period. Upon attempting to create a new client (someone I would be invoicing), an auto message recommended I upgrade to a standard subscription which would allow me 50 clients. Wait, what??? A lot of back and forth between me and Hana from support ensued, where I was informed that I had over 100 clients - ummm, no, I don’t. A bit more back and forth, and it was realised that the term “client” also includes any businesses that have been included as vendors for expenses. It was recommended by Hana that I delete some of the “clients” (not actually clients) so I only have 49. Yet another back and forth confirmed that, if I delete some of the (not) clients, it will stuff up my past records. I paid the annual subscription of AU$189 for this standard version of the app. I can pay AU$389 for this app, if I want scope for more clients and (not) clients. I am a sole trader, with only one, soon to be two, active clients to whom I invoice. Yeah, nah…. I will not be renewing this subscription again and, if I could rate it zero from five stars, I definitely would. I have found MYOB Solo will give me unlimited clients, unlimited expenses (not clients) and all the reporting I need, for initial AU$12 for the first year, and ongoing annual subscription of AU$99. Billdu was a great app that I used to recommend to people, but it’s definitely lost me, both as a client (in the true sense of the word!), and as a promoter.
I love how streamlined and easy this app is to help me run my business - it sets up everything so professionally and done rather quickly. Only downfall is it’s not on MacBook - PLEASE create it for Mac! Certainly worth investing in a years subscription.
Braaaaa
I cannot send invoices at all. I’m having to generate them and take photos that I attach in an email. It is ridiculous. I would appreciate if someone can contact me to get this sorted.
Love this app as I’m hopeless with invoicing and office work… Works great … highly rec
Easy job
Great app very easy to use and makes my quotes / invoices look professional
