Hi there, Why is it that some existing quotation does not allow me to adjust dates and etc and click save? I keep having to discard all my changes.

Chinese words become square boxes
After the new update, when printing the invoice, the chinese words changed to square boxes, can it be fixed? Thanks
This app has potential but it has scary flaws and bad service for a mission critical system
We initially liked this app enough and subscribed to the app for 1 year. However, it has scary flaws and related service is also disappointing The biggest flaw is the documents you create would disappear.. About 3 months ago, we had all our quotes gone over the weekend and then we had to wait until Monday for the quotes to be recovered as their service is not available on weekends. The way the issue got handled was not great. On 30 October 2020, we had all our documents gone AGAIN- quotes, invoices, proforma invoices, delivery quotes, purchase orders. I emailed their customer service team screenshots of those and had to wait until Monday just like before. Monday morning, AGAIN, just like before, their customer service person contacted me by starting the email “ it seems that you deleted the documents” and then added “we are not sure whether we can recover these in time” THIS IS SIMPLY SHOCKING! FOR THE RECORD, I DID NOT DELETE ALL THE DOCUMENTS!!!!! $&#% In my previous time, I deleted my negative review because we liked the app, we saw lots of potential and did not want my review negatively affecting the company. However, given the recurring issue, and then how they are handling the Situation, I think it is right thing to do to leave my review in writing. ============••============= We have requested and are waiting for two things from Billdu Team: 1) in what scenario a person can delete ALL documents without even realising it so that we can use the information for the training 2) audit trail showing user name, deleted documents and time stamping.
