Don’t get Tricked - trap with data and huge hike in prices

Since the company was new - prices were reasonable - once it’s sold to bill.com it’s blackmailing customers - very poor service - steep increase in prices 50-60% - no customer support - not compatible with Indian e- billing system and very poor response quality.

I have been using this app for several years, now I say goodbye to this. Their rates are exorbitant and expensive which is not affordable people like us nowadays.

Good App - Really Poor Subscription Packages

I have no idea why someone would purchase this apps subscription if he had to go and create purchase orders & estimates somewhere else and come back to this app to create just invoices. This apps subscription offerings make no sense for small businesses. On the contrary, it only escalates problems. Cause now I have to manage quotes & purchase orders somewhere else and invoices somewhere else. The lite version subscription which is approx ₹1400 per year is absolutely garbage and the other subscriptions are too expensive. If you just allowed limited clients but all services that would make sense. Too many layerings. I would have been your customer for very long but sadly I had to not only cancel my subscription but also say goodbye to using your app altogether.
