Good idea, with some needed improvements

This is an okay app that could be great. First and foremost, its analysis of a sample receipt produced A LOT of erroneous fields that needed to be deleted. This coupled with the app's inability to apply negative values for discount line items makes it not much quicker than calculating by hand. Furthermore, there must be a calculation error when splitting the bill since a quick sum of everyone's total was almost a dollar shy of the real total. Please fix these issues. Finally, the app's tip calculation is simplistic and incorporates the sales tax rather than only the subtotal. Sales tax is already a percentage of the subtotal and is often >10% in some locales. Therefore, tipping on the total rather than the subtotal inflates the the selected tip percentage by more than you’d think. I've been using “Tip Calculator +++” by Aaron Jubbal for years since it accounts for this. Including this functionality would make “IOU: Easily Split Your Tab” the perfect app! Looking forward to future versions!

There are a couple issues I have had. One is that if you don't enter tax it pops up telling you to fix. I'm currently in Oregon where there is no tax so this is an issue. There are a few other minor issues but overall it is pretty awesome.

Amazing
