Frequently app need to be restarted. Most of the options get stuck and start reloading

App really needs updates Camera function is waste u cannot even focus or enlarge n see if u have to check on ur child .. half the time app is not updating info regarding g child or food or any important msg Important Msgs from center head or teachers gets delivered after 2-3 days

Pathetic app. - Videos are not clear - camera stops every time and have to re start - app logs off every day and have to log in everyday - UI is ok but can be better

Unable to view photos. Notifications are also delayed

After the update when I am trying to see pictures on childtimeline it goes blank Same is happening if I am browsing photos menu

App has a nice UI and navigation but some of the menus are not responding. One of the key menu ‘Photo Gallery’ is not loading at all

It’s too cumbersome to login now through OTP, earlier version via PIN was better, also after update food menu and images of child section is not working properly, in CCTV screen no proper zoom in and zoom out option is available. Kindly fix the above issues.

This app is pathetic and new otp based login ask user to login every time parent wants to see live feed or want to use this app for any of provided feature

The new OTP based login has made accessing the app by both parents very clunky and difficult. If the parent whose phone number is not registered tries to login, they have to depend on the other parent to share the OTP. Can we not have an option to have either OTP or password (which can be saved) which reduces the dependence. The older system of logging was far more easier.

The organisers are from iit but the app is pathetic. Most of the times the camera is not working or some other issues . We cannot scroll the camera neither can we zoom in
