Autmatic unwanted changes with updates

Big surprise again. I set my stop loss to 100%, at 50% it has been sold. Talked to support couple of times, they are always sorry and promised it won’t happen again but it did. I just don’t understand how can you expect people invest money while trust fails because of these mistakes in the trial period already.
