I updated my phone to IOS 15, the IQ Broker not working, please advise

They steal your crypto

I spent nearly £3000. With this platform for them to shut my account and steal my crypto currency when I questioned this they fobbed me off with rubbish and ended up keeping my crypto currency which was hundreds of different coins and paid me £312. And as you all well know the currency has shot up in price ...BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM AS THEY WILL CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT WITH NO WARNING AND STEAL EVERYTHING FROM YOU ....ROBBERS THATS WHAT YOU ARE 😡😡😡

Started well but became Poor, very poor

Found this app interesting at the beginning as I didn’t have large amounts of money to invest. Only problem is that when I was making a profit the app wouldn’t allow me to withdraw more than I had put in to it. Then I left what profits I had on BITCOIN just to grow but IQ options kept asking me for proof of address even though I had given it to them multiple times. They then decided to close my account and keep my BITCOIN shares. No I tell a lie - they emailed me and said I could withdraw what I had if I emailed them from the registered email address which I did. But even though I replied from the email they sent to me they couldn’t find or comprehend that gmail.com & googlemail.com was the same thing. And they continued to ask me to respond with my registered email even though I was replying to their initial email that they sent me. Keep my BITCOIN and whatever profit you make from it and hopefully one day you can buy some honesty/common sense & morals.

BEST BROKER OUT THERE

Honestly I have spent hours looking for a broker and this is by far the best one I’ve come across.

They can automatically close your trade when you make too much profit

I have been using IQ option for a long time. I haven’t been really active with it until the pandemic because it gave me more tome to focus on it. The app is great and delivers all the tools you need. Their verification is quick and bank transfer is quite quick as well. But, this is the fishy part. The app can automatically close an on going trade even if you manually set it not to. It stops buying and selling by flagging up a message that says “amount is too high tries a different amount” blah blah blah. This message only comes up when you try to buy or sell if the market is going in your favour. It may seems like the app is having technical issue but it’s not. Trust me! They regulate it. I understand that the market is predictable during this period and many people are making profit but just close the app and give people their money back instead of using tech ini all issue to steal from people. All I’m saying is that, be careful when using it. If you make certain profit quickly take it off before their technical issue take it from you. It not fair and I think it’s illegal to do even do that but you can I report to. And even if I report who would actually give an F. Just be smart

LFunds, crypto’s and balance were wiped out without my consent 🙄

Con artist thieves. Do NOT use.

I struggled for 9 months to make a withdrawal, they made me jump through SO many ridiculous hoops to prove who I was it was crazy, including letters from my bank, selfies with documents, all sorts of none sense, you would think they were Fort Knox. I didn’t mind at first because it made me feel like my investment cash was secure, until it dragged on and on until one day I discovered they had authorised a hacker to withdraw ALL of my money into a Skrill account using a non verified email address. What a joke. I still can’t believe it. When I logged a complaint and tried to get help from them, they simply blocked my account and refuse to speak to me. I have come to the conclusion that this entire app is a complete scam. All is well until you try to withdraw money. Definitely NOT to be trusted.

Was all good trading then I forgot all about app and account got blocked, I asked for my money to be returned in which they said they would send but months later still no refund
