The function is okay. However the charges are super high if not active the account. They just send u email one ago and said that potential deduct the charges. Then the service charges will be occurred 1 day later. Services charges is super high and not recommend for people who want try the apps. * I got the replied it said that about I can review the T&C. That’s true. The service charges is super high is true as well!
You send out emails of dormant account fees, with 24 hours notice. In some instances, you send out the email after the fee as been charged, giving no notice to customers. It’s time you used some moral compass and gave people at least a week or more from Email to fee. Coming back with “up to the customer to read the small print” is a BS response that basically says “we know you’re right, and we are laughing at people because we could be fair and moral but choose not to, because it benefits us financially” Is it that hard to just email people 2weeks before a dormant fee will be charged? Is it that hard? Is it?
Good app, I like it, I find it interesting to know what I want.
I've tried a bunch of trading apps in the past, and let me tell you, IQ Option stands out from the rest! This isn't your run-of-the-mill trade app, it's a comprehensive tool for both newbies and seasoned traders. The trading view is sleek, easy to navigate and, most importantly, transparent - I had no trouble tracking my trades, whether they were forex, stocks or options. There was a minor bug with the portfolio trader-stock tracker, but their support was super responsive and got it fixed ASAP. Kudos to IQ Option for such an immersive and efficient online trading experience!
