Deposit time they don’t need card verification they are in hurry to get deposit , at time of withdrawal card verification which takes 3 to 4 days then again n again need to upload card photo.and once you put withdraw request you all trades will go in loss

They change the policy every time and they dont follow with withdrawal request , i had a request since 1 may and till now 18 may not getting my money , becareful guys dont trade with this company
Although the application is unique, modern and powerful, however, when I use the iPad version in the landscape mode, the layout of the app almost always changes, unexpectedly, between landscape and portrait modes when a new view/screen is presented, which is extremely annoying.
I’m not posting this to discourage anyone from using the app. There are unfortunately a number of charges they will take from you when you set a position in stock market and they removed two of my buying positions in Apple stock. On the other hand they have only few confusing transferring money options to your bank.
I had a remaining balance in my account just for 32$ dollars and it just gone. After few days I sign in back. How could you trust in this trading application in small amount lift in your account it just gone after you sign in back. Anyway please be careful out there. Don’t trust this application.

My experience with iQ option and i will tell you as my experience what i see “sorry for my bad English “ 1-the most bad customer service you can have in you life “ i face a problem and I discover that i lose more than 12 thousand $ and i know the reasons and i complain with customer services and they not even care about my complain and they just keep “sorry” when i asked why i don't not received the call 2-im not feel trust at all with them and i will share my experience conversation with customer service regarding to the money i lost because they delay if answers from my account manager and. Also regarding to the bad feeling i have because of un respected me and my time . 3- i was vip customer with them and till this moment when im writing no one answer my questions which make me lost thousand of dollars 4- they don't have a professional way to work with they keep saying we will contact with you shortly and without give you a time with no respect for different of time in countries 5- i asked about hundreds time i want to speak with complain unit i think they dont have 6- i have alot of reasons my advice “DON’T TRUST THEM CUSTOMER service .
I have been to 7 other brokers and for me by far, IQ Option is the best broker. Keep it up and I’m looking forward to learning more and enhancing more my trading skills. Thank you. Regards, Rommell Jurado Ugang Philippines
