Transaction issues

In recent time I am experiencing lot of transaction issues. Amount gets deducted but transaction fails. One of my refund is not yet settled. When trying to share booked tickets, app will logout and you will not be able to log in without killing and relaunching the application.

Terrible app in this planet

It seems entire ticketing is awarded to private applications. Dont know why are they keeping this app. Govt is cheating the citizens of india

Never work when we book tickets, alway fail when we make payment and load multiple time. At end show unauthorised or timeout within. 1mn

Very Bad for tatkal tickets

It will never let you login to app at 10:00 & 11:00 am. Very worst app. Don’t give hope to someone if your server is not capable of taking high amount of data at the time of Tatkal titcket

App Option freezes

When adding infant child details the app option hangs and stays on the screen in iOS. Doesn’t allow to proceed any further

Not working

After switching to iOS the app have never worked. 1st I thought cause of the update but even after a year now it’s still not working on my ios

Bad experience

The app is so frustrating and freaking. I feel like just crush my phone in Tatkal hours. Fix it please as soon as possible.
