IRIS ParentMail

This app has been perfect for years but all of a sudden I keep having issues with the same notifications popping up repeatedly 5-6 times. I’ve tried uninstalling the app which hasn’t helped. I’ve tried to find a way to contact the company to let them know but I can’t even find an email address. I’ve given up and decided to write a review in the hope that someone sees it. Please, please fix the app.

Stop asking me to login repeatedly, store login credentials. Absolute pill!

This app is slow and is down a lot. Overall very poor, I would not use it if I did not need to. I’m sure schools can find a better option.

Tried several times

While generally information is available in this app, the organisation of things is terrible. Combined with the lack of standard iOS support for authentication and payments, this actually makes the previous system our school used to use look good. Needs a lot of design work!

The app is not very user friendly but you do get used to it. The worst thing is that there is no way to search for emails and also that emails randomly disappear. It’s really stressful trying to scroll through reams of emails trying to find the one you need and not even knowing if it’s there. Please can you add a search function? It would make life so much easier for us frazzled parents!

So it's ok, but so frustrating at times in many ways. For the love of all that is holy please make it stop constantly asking for a pin after I've set one! I'll edit the review when I've calmed down...

Just as soon as we received home learning file and for few other items that are available from the app, it doesn’t allow to sign in, not here or the website. Not ideal.

freezes i cant get into my mail. same with the website at the moment- please sort asap

Can’t sign in. Just keeps loading then shows an error message. Just the right time as well! Was about to book a club for my daughter but by the time I will be able to sign in and book I’m sure the club she wants to go to will be full. So frustrating!
