The apps very not user friendly, keep trying to connect the wifi and eventually cannot load the video via this apps! Please do not buy this brand even though the China brand are better than this brand!

I can’t connect to your app & view. Pls fix your stupid app. Very bad experience using your device.

So many time need to reconnect to my X10. Video quality not so good compare with my previous camera which is 70mai with only 1/4 of this camera price. Dang!

Unable to connect on iPhone 12PM running iOS 16.0.3

At first i bought OBD power cable together with my X10. The thing seems like working properly but then i realize that my ADAS not working. Then i bought the gps n obd scanner. Now its getting more troublesome. Obd scanner is not working unless i plug out n in everytime i off my engine. Then it only recorded as parking mode no more driving mode unless i plug out n in the obd cables everytime i wanna drive. ADAS system still not working.

Apps a lot of problem and keep disconnecting and reconnecting while in use. And video view on apps very jerky. Don’t know it’s apps issue or camera issue. No audio too even when selected on. Rear camera not clear at night even though advertising said night vision

Please improve or update your apps. Keep jump out/shut down the apps directly and keep disconnected!! We spend the money for your product but you gv us this quality ?

Version 2.2.3 2021.10.28 The app keep crashing when I attempting to view the video recording from my IROAD Q7. All the app functionality worked flawlessly but when retrieving video recordings the app just completely crashed (Q7 still active). Reinstalled the app, restarted my phone and re-registered with my Q7 still come out same issue. Please help me.
