Perfect for what I needed.
Love this to organise my workouts, it makes it so easy and love that I can add my own custom exercises, and it’s FREE?!? So amazing! Thank you!!!!
This workout tracker looks simple but is so useful. One of the things I really enjoy about is when I’m on an exercise, it shows me the sets history and notes of that exercise. This means I can compare with my last exercise and make improvements.
Best free workout tracker that I have tried on the App Store, hope they keep on improving it by adding more workouts and making the design prettier :)
Pretty good app. I wish it would track multiple stats. And a nice plate calculator would be awesome. Even a lb to kg conversion or toggle would exceed all expectations.
Great app nothing locked behind a paywall simple design easy to use I tried a bunch of other apps this is by far the best
Wanted something simple to help me keep track of my progress lifting. This does the trick and I love that it doesn’t get complicated and try to interface with anything or require any subscriptions to access content. Requires a bit of time to customize your workouts, but then you are set. Record weight, reps, and number of sets.
Hard to believe it’s free. Tracks workouts, Sets, Exercise History. Let’s you start ad hoc workouts and add exercises easily.
Works great. Reps input is good. Thanks for sharing and FOSS!
I have been using this app for two plus months now. I am very happy with its functionality. It comes with many exercises loaded and allows you to add your own custom exercises. You can build workouts for various muscle groups. It allows you to see what you lifted the previous time you performed that exercise. You can see overall time and load history for each workout allowing to see understand progress at a higher level. The only thing I can think to add would be the ability to create a new workout and share it with a friend.
