With the Iron Yogi Fitness App, you can get involved with the program on multiple levels, from one on one training to coaching to programming to group programming, depending on your goals and the level of support you need. The programs all prioritize simple and smart strength training that works the full body, with an emphasis on glute training (for aesthetic AND functional/health/performance benefits!) There are opportunities for supplemental yoga, meditation, and breathwork exercises. Everything is grounded in the understanding of the anatomy of fascia, based on the nursing and fascia-based bodywork and movement experience of your trainer, Emily. The fascia-based therapeutic movement and education is woven throughout the programming to help restore balance to the body, and mitigate potential issues from strength training or any other movement practice/pattern.
