It meets you where you are!
IronIQ is very appealing. I dont feel overwhelmed when opening the app. It provides organization that meets you where you are. I can go in and get an inspirational quote (excercising starts with the mind first) It also keeps your preference on how many days which then reminds you to REST! I really needed something to hold me accountable because it’s easy to stop going or get off track. It’s not like other apps that make you focus too much on weight loss but it actually focus on building better habits to either bulk up or lose weight. Consistency is key!
I am really happy
I’ve been using this app for a week now, and it’s been very easy to manage my routine and really efficient to use. I have not used the AI features a lot yet, but scheduling workout goals and workouts is very useful. Surprisingly, I had a pleasant conversation with the Developer about some bugs and they were extremely responsive and issued a fix in considerably quick time!
Easy to use
As a beginner weight lifter, I really like this app! I’m usually intimated by all the noise and unnecessary features that other gym tracking apps has so I appreciate the elegance and simplicity of IronIQ.

My fav fitness app to date. It not only just track workouts but also help build routines.
