Cant log in as error says “email has already been in use” Kindly fix this problem!

worst search functionality

I do wonder if it was worth getting this card/app as it seems to be more trouble than it’s worth search wise. For example: search for: japan, rail, and you get results for other countries. Same deal in australia. Search for discounts in victoria, and get deals in QLD. Madness. Do better.

Can’t see the card on the app

I received confirmation on my card processed and signed up and activated it. But when I click on ‘show isic card’ on my app, it says ‘connect to Internet to download card’. I checked several times, Internet is fine, the app doesn’t work. Isic support said they can’t help me!

Where is the ISIC card

The screen just features pics of different destinations but no button for the ISIC card itself.

Continues to crash!

Every time I try to open the app, the green ISIC window opens before the entire thing crashes - repeatedly! I can't even access the app, despite trying to close and restart it, and checking that i have compatible software (which I do, btw). I can't even tell if the app is terrible because it won't even complete its most basic functioning of actually opening. Don't bother downloading it - it's a waste of storage space.

Still doesn't work

Despite the latest release claiming it has fixed the crashes, it certainly has not. If it manages not to crash on launch, it'll crash or freeze soon after. The search function was abysmal and the maps completely failed to load. Not impressed at all.

App used to be good but as of iOS 9.1 hasn't been able to launch at all on my iPhone6+
