The app doesn’t work!
The physical card never came and the app doesn’t work at all. I can’t acces the card. I wouldn’t recommend it, don’t waste your money on that 👎
Confusing and spamming
Spams with emails. The system is confusing and doesn’t let you do what it tells you to do to get a studentcard

Skal fornys årligt til 150kr og appen crasher når den skal vise kortet.
ID doesn’t show
The app shows all EXEPT the id - so absolutely useless!! What’s the use if you can’t view the ID in the app..??! UPDATE! I waited 24 hours and then it worked just fine👏🏼
Never works
The main function of this app should be to show the is which it does not. One can get fined in public transport when has a student ticket and the id does not show - happened to me, that is not ok, we pay for this id.

Its keeps loading your card FOREVER! So its imposible to use when needed. :-/ I’ve given up…
Terrible app
It’s the worst and most broken app I’ve ever installed. It’s always an issue to even login in and the development team ignores any feedback whatsoever. Bad job!
The app never works
The app never works. It works when you download it and then after a short time you can never use it. It just keeps loading when you open it also when you want to show your card. And I doesn’t work when you update the app to the latest version.
