The transcribe tool works just fine. Now that i no longer need this service - there is no clear option to cancel my subscription. I have repeatedly reached out to the support email address with zero luck. I feel like this tool is a trap just to get your payment information
Amazing app
They charge you $5.95 a week, even though advertised as $5.95 a month. Even after cancelling the subscription I got billed again. Still waiting to get refunded. Total lack of professionalism and customer service.

This is the most inaccurate transcription I have ever seen, way to many mistakes which is no better than my cochlear implant.
They steal your money when you don’t even agree for free trial they take your money anyways !

The file conversion saved time for me I’m transcribing manually. Now I can edit and submit the workshop report without him to lose valuable time.
Transcribing was easy and quick. And the verbiage was accurate.
