Transcribes 100% accurate

I tried it for an hour and it worked completely fine

Rubbish

I downloaded the app to translate a polish video, did ended up without no meaning. Then I tried in English to check if actually translated nope, it doesn’t even write anything like what people say it. Rubbish

So precise

Very happy with this App. As I am dyslexic I need quite some help transcribing my academic work in psychology. This is so much more effective and accurate that Microsoft Word dictation.

Takes a while to load big files. Really good free trial, which was useful for a 1 off job. Text is fairly accurate but with a some typos.

Beware - you get free subscription trial and they take a year out !!! I have had to raise a case with Apple . Not good service

Poor customer service. Strike that Appalling customer service

Three times I have contacted customer service with a query. No replay at all. No way to treat a customer. Exporting numerous recording’s does not seem possible. When you make a recording and you stop you get to give it a title. For some reason when you export the recording to doc or pdf you have to rename it why is that a thing. No big problem you say. Well it is if you have to export upwards of 200 individual dictations. If zero stars were possible that’s what they would have got.

First time I have used this service has not transcribe both conversations and a lot of the words are poor. I have emails but no response
