Classic case of how not to build an app

Useless app, cannot see a menu or order anything from it. What has happened? Used to be much better!

I am wondering What I should when I purchase something. The home page shows some promotions but no bar or qr code to refer to or stamp collection area. How are you supposed to know how much I have collected? Also I have just bought food but didn’t have the phone. Why can’t I use the QR code in the receipt to upload it as a purchase in my app account? Please it’s time you get up to speed with functionalities of loyalty programs. Thank you

I can’t find how to scan the app and earn the stamps. I tried to use an offer in store and it didn’t go through, but I still lost the offer on the app. Useless.

Just another marketing ploy. Arm twister. Forget it. Complicated. Like, how many itsu tills are in your local shopping area? Deleting now. 👋🏻

I earned all points and then didn’t get my free meal as my points all disappeared. There is currently no way to track your spend history and points meaning that when you’re missing points, or your rewards all disappear (which is what happened to me), you have no evidence so they don’t let you redeem in store. Very disappointing.

It’s not remotely intuitive how to ‘scan the app’ as we are constantly told. An app is on a phone screen… presumably it needs an easy to access qr or barcode to scan? Where is this?

You get great deals through the loyalty scheme but it never works. It hasn’t worked for the past month despite redownloading the app multiple times. Please fix the app!

Not far from false advertising - POS promised a free miso soup as reward but it’s not redeemable through multiple attempts. Speaking to staff, every time they said nothing they can do about it. I’ve been shopping itsu branded products via supermarkets for years. These deceptive app rewards put me off the brand. PERIOD. Will buy dumplings at Costco instead going forward.

Button to claim miso appeared clicked on it nothing happened. Tried again and said voucher used or something. Waste of time deleting app
