Would give a zero star or negative minus 5 stars if possible. Multiple errors in logins .. repeatedly sent messages like policy out of date - eh I just downloaded literally one day ago . It worked well for less than 24 hours. Hopefully no other organisations would buy their services . It is by far the worst app experience - prone to errors , full of jargons in error messages with no other way to troubleshoot on ur own 😔
Similar to a previous review, this is very tiring to try to sign up for email again after changing phones. After 6 months I still haven't been able to download the email+ to my new phone.
By far the worst app to view email attachments and edit word documents in it. As pathetic as the my organisation management!
The existing 1/5 star rating very accurately matches the people that decided this app should be adopted nationally in the Singapore Healthcare system. Clearly have zero clue what goes on at ground level. Knee jerk reaction to a data breach situation by adopting a faulty and trash app and forcing everyone to use it.
Lousy app doesn’t work
If only Apple allows zero star. This app is not worth a single star. Absolutely agree with one of the reviewer. This app shouldn’t even be developed right from the beginning.
The mostly stupidest app by far i have came across. The developer is a dumb guy who obviously doesn’t know how to create an app. The passcode we have to change, can’t hold more than 1 email account, not compatible with all devices, every time a new PIN is generated it doesn’t work, when switching to a new device we most go through hell all over again. Dear app developer, kindly burn your degree if you have any!!
It is very user-unfriendly from enrolment steps to set up. Encountered set up issues a dew times even though I followed step-by-step guide from my company’s IT help desk. Can you all please work this up? Make it available for MacBook as well please.
The onboarding process is frustrating and the app is not intuitive to navigate. I believe most people are dreading having to switch over to this platform just to use their work email. At this point, it looks like it will hamper efficiency and cause much grief when we are finally forced to port over here from the Mail or Outlook apps we have been using.
