Ivide app
Can’t log in, says something’s wrong with my email/password which works fine on the website. Connectivity fails more often than not. Really bad app, maybe better if I could use it, wish I’d gone for Anova…

Immediately after opening the app asks you to log in. It gives the option of signing in with apple but if you try that it says the email is invalid. Then keeps complaining, crashing and not functioning. I get a success message but then it won’t connect the sous vide to the wifi instead simply crashing the app and when i open it up its asking to sign in again, so I don’t know how that’s successful. It offers tips but the buttons don’t work. Very frustrating.
Won’t connect to my phone. Passwords and on right network etc are all fine just keeps giving me an error message. Connected hundreds of items to my network over the years and never had these problems Don’t bother with this company the sous vide machine if far to noisy as well
So useless in our house
The app solve the update has been incredibly bad/slow/unresponsive
Only connects to 2.7. GHz network so have to keep deactivating my 5gz network. Manually set the cooking times from an online search as well because it’s twice undercooked my meat with the automatic settings.
I bought an ivide cooker recently and downloaded the app. Getting it connected to Wi-Fi was a bit of a battle but I got there in the end. One problem was with the recipe cooking instruction text which on an iPhone 11 (iOS 13.3) was tiny and near impossible to scroll. Thankfully some great customer service meant the issue was fixed within days and the new version of the app 2.0.7 works as expected.
App was great but this update has broken it. I can no longer connect to my device. Text does not appear in the app, cannot login. It will not recognise my iPhone has a Wi-fi connection. Disappointed, why change something that wasn’t broken for this
I downloaded this app after purchasing an iVide circulator. As I explored the app I had a couple of questions which were answered quickly and suggestions were incorporated into app updates
This app claims to run on iPAD with iOS 9.3 and above. My wife’s iPAD 3 has iOS 9.3.5, so I bought her an iVIDE for Christmas and told her that it would work with her iPAD. But it doesn’t. The vendor says that Apple has blocked the iVIDE App from working on an iPAD 3 because ‘it isobsolete’. Seems odd that – normally if the hardware supports the level of iOS specified, one expects it to run the app. And if it doesn’t, then the vendor should say so up front. My wife is very upset and so am I.
