I used this app for years but now they changed the access policy for Apple users with a result that I have no access to my conent anymore. They also do not react to any emails I sent. Don't buy this app, they do not care about their customers
Jaren lang was dit een fijne app, je kon al je favoriete stripboeken downloaden na aanschaf. De prijs was meestal billijk. Maar nu is deze app alleen nog maar in het Frans. Er was beloofd de app ook in het Nederlands uit te brengen maar dat is tot op heden niet gelukt. Dat is heel teleurstellend, ik kan daarom geen nieuwe stripboeken meer aanschaffen. Dus schiet alstublieft op met die Nederlands talige app.
Please add English/Dutch menu interface, because I REALLY don’t understand French. I have many Dutch/English comic books in my inventory. I demand you add English/Dutch menu interface, it is not for me, but former Dutch/English customers too.
In een keer taal alleen nog maar Frans. Geen Suske en Wiske meer. Klink klare oplichting. Veel geld betaald voor de albums. Wie gaat dit nu vergoeden?
Ik kocht altijd Suske en Wiske albums via deze app, maar sinds enige tijd zijn die verdwenen uit het aanbod. Erg jammer. Ik ga niet terug naar papieren albums, dat is niet meer van deze tijd.
Please add Dutch or Engels interface, because we have Dutch language comics on iPad. Now I am seeing French interface. I don’t understand French. You don’t have rights to disable English or Dutch interface, but ONLY you have rights to disable Dutch and English stores, so not interface! Please fix this problem soon. And THANK YOU! Today you have earned one star because you forget Dutch and English comic readers can’t read French. I will raise stars when you have fixed this stupid problem.
De app kraakt aan alle kanten, is traag, reageert slecht en soms kom je gewoon niet verder zoals bijvoorbeeld bij het kiezen van voorkeuren. De user interface is niet altijd even duidelijk wat suggereert dat dit aspect niet goed getest is. De hele app voelt als een beta-product wat snel even op de markt geschopt is; klaar of niet. Dit is erg jammer want het idee achter de app is iets wat ik al jaren graag wil! Voorlopig is het dus afwachten of de komende updates verbetering gaan geven.
Leek zo mooi. Alleen dan koop je een strip en stopt de download op 10%. Daarna niet meer aan het downloaden te krijgen.
Prima app, goed aanbod, de prijzen nog wel iets aan de hoge kant voor een digitale aankoop. Irritant is dat ik bij het pictogram al weken een rode 1 heb staan (met dus een melding) die ik niet weg krijg.
An option to turn this off would be very nice because I still want to receive regular notifications.
