I absolutely hate the advert at the start before you can join the radio station… when I go onto Jacaranda FM using the App, most of the time it’s urgent switch over then I loose track of the story or miss my song….🤦🏼♀️ The app seems to be poorly updated, improved and maintained. I’m a BIG JacaFM fan but this App frustrates me a lot.
My Wi-Fi is good I have fibre but they shut down every song or so then you have to listen to the ad when you try reset it. Not listenable. I tried the LM radio app and it doesn’t cut out only Jacaranda
Ads, ads, ads. The Ads keep interrupting the songs, the morning show and everything else. Very frustrating.

I am streaming from the DRC on the company’s satellite network. Sound comes through in waves. The buffering engine does not work properly for low band width areas. This tech needs a redesign.
Love the app… playing all day
App hardly ever works.
It only plays for a split second on mobile data i can never listen to the app when im not on wifi and yes i do have data on my phone
