Limitations can be rectified
Limited colours. auto Board size. Pen writing width. Page transition effect not needed. Tools can occupy top portion of the display instead of left side.

app crashes are a big issue unfixed for so long
Can improve user experience by adding few basic features
Customizable pen thickness size, eraser size, a way to organize boards into folders or subjects, a attaching or posting a document etc are just a few basic features that all other boards of this kind offer. Yet, Google somehow is oblivious to them as far as Jam board is concerned. I am an academic and have extensively used Jam board for the last few years for discussions with graduate students, and other collaborators. Everybody seems to be of the opinion that it is very useful because it is free, unlimited number of boards can be created and each page is of bounded size, so the chance of getting lost in one part while other users are in a different part is not a problem. Additionally though, there is an agreement that user experience can be far enhanced by improving the writing and organizational features available, the aforementioned list is the very least that Google can do given its vast resources and loyal customer/subscriber base. Jam board type utilities have become a lifeline during these pandemic inflicted times where all collaborations are remote. I really hope that the creative minds at G-suite will think of additional features to make our work life easier and elegant. Thank you!
