Performance and organization
As a student doing online this app really helps with visual learning and interpretation but due to having more than 7 classes sorting and organizing of Jamboards becomes quite difficult and crashes on the iPad is really frequent. Please add more colour sorting folders and fix the crashes.
Crashes constantly
Simple enough, has potential, but I can’t get over how often the app crashes. Not worth it for me. Very frustrating
Needs to a lot of improvement
The app crashes regularly for high- and low-end devices, like within every 15 minutes. Pictures and documents that are added to a Jamboard greatly increase the rate at which the app crashes, even if it’s one picture. After adding at least two pictures to a Jamboard, the app will crash if you try to go further than the 5th page of any Jamboard. This has happens for multiple devices. It can take up to 5 minutes for the app to reload, when you reenter the app after the app has crashed. This applies mostly to newer devices (eg iPad Pro and iPhone X). Most of the time you can’t add documents in any format (PDF or anything else). The app will often draw straight lines when you are trying to draw a curved line. I’ve only seen a curved line drawn successfully once, and even then it took about ten tries to get it to be curved. The app’s quality is absolutely shocking and it’s disappointing that there is something that provides a wanted service but is terrible at providing that service. Jamboard is the best app at what Jamboard does, but the fact that the best app is terrible makes you lose trust in the quality of future services provided by this service provider. This app needs to improve. Please take my criticism constructively and use it to improve the app, because, as someone who uses the app relatively regularly, I want the app to improve and to be a good app.
Real time?
This app is brilliant for online teaching on the pc. However, when using the iPad app, it does not share info in real time. Sometimes doesn’t share any info being written down at all.
