The original JamUp comes equipped with one amp and six effects. Acoustic simulator not working in current version on iPhone 11

can’t load song

I can’t load song in jam feature. I have already downloaded the song in my device and I still can’t play the song. The pop up show nothing but all white square box so I don’t know what happened. Please help.

May have more effect pls.
