Unable to sign in
It seem to take my credential but as soon as it’s signed, it logs me out staying unknown error occurred. Not useful if I can’t sign in to track my flights.

The JAL app is now available for all flights and for both JMB and non-JMB members. Please download the JAL app to make reservations and purchases for all flights.
＜Main functions＞
1.Home screen
Display of reservation
Reservations for flights will be displayed on the home screen.
*Flight status will be displayed for flights up to the next day.
Information of JMB member is displayed (when logged in).
2.Reservations
You can make reservations for all flights.
3.Timeline
By tapping the flight information on the home screen or My Booking, you can view more detailed information about your itinerary in chronological order according to your reservation and flight status.
The display will automatically change according to the time and number of days until departure.
4.Flight Status
You can check the flight status by route or flight number.
For international flights, you can search for two days before or after.
5.Notification of flight status and reminder of reserved flights
You can receive notifications of delays and cancellations, as well as reminders for flights that are less than 24 hours away from departure.
If you have not updated the latest information in the app, or if you are using the app in an environment where the network is not connected for a long time, you may not receive

Even with English - useless app
I clicked on every option on what I assumed was the settings menu when near the bottom of the list I finally found LANGUAGE. Switched to English but it didn’t change when I went to book a flight. Went back to settings and found language quickly, changed it again to English and took a chance the word in the upper right was maybe “OK” - and it WORKED. BUT... I could pick an airport outside of Japan - I’m trying to get from BKK to YVR. Not happening even though Google Flights show them flying that route.
Useless for people with no Japanese knowledge
It must be at least in English for customers all over the world. Trying to find any help or information from this app is insane...
This app sucks big time!
How is it possible that a major airline of the category of JAL does not have an English app??? Even their website sucks since you cannot see your codeshare reservation from other airlines!!! What’s wrong with you JAL??? Where is your customer service specially in this trying times??? Now would be a very good time for you guys to work on your very deficient online presence.....
No English or can’t find option to change
This app is ridiculous! I can’t find any way to change to English. I’m assume there is no English option. What a joke!
Works fine in English
People need to stop complaining about this app displaying Japanese language. Change the language to English and it works perfectly. Also, the little bit of Japanese on this app is nothing compared to what you’ll experience once you get there. Chill, adapt and overcome.
Difficult App
This app should have an English option. It’s useless to find anything pertaining to your flight unless you speak Japanese
No English option
Says there is a English option. But can’t find it. That’s a major mistake. Not a good app. Also. Says every nickname is taken if you leave a bad review. Had to fake the stars.
Stuck.
Flight cancelled due to Typhoon. No English on app. Customer service line rings busy for hours. Finally picked up and was on hold waiting to be connected for an hour before I had to check out of hotel. Need an Instant Messenger function with support in English.
Japanese Only
This all only in Japanese.... can’t believe it. The Olympic games are in less than a year. They really need to update for their International customers. I am JAL today and it looks like my flight has changed. No way to know!
