The UI/UX of the app looks aesthetically pleasing, but technical capabilities are a problem. We were unable to scan proof of vaccinations for 2/4 members of our party which doesn’t make sense as we all have the same government issued QR code. Poor customer experience which is requiring us to check-in at the counter when I want a seamless pass through security.
App is extremely buggy and keeps logging me out of my account making it hard for me to keep track of my trips. Face ID does not work with the app

This has got to be the worst airlines app I have ever used. Searching is too much to bother. Nothing is easy on this app. That’s so u fortunate as this is such a good airline.
Different parts of website do not recognize information from other parts of website e.g. check in information Unable to enter separate phone number for contact person Unable to enter flight details booked through alliance partner Screens unresponsive to touch or very slow
Cumbersome and difficult to use; many steps require repeated selection of the same option to get the app to reflect selection. Additionally, it is very slow. Overall, I was disappointed and found myself getting incredibly frustrated. Furthermore I couldn’t even submit my feedback because the app forced a ‘nickname’ then proceeded to reject everything I chose.
Doesn’t always work, saying offline when that’s not the case at all. So in-Singaporean...
