Why can’t I login to JB Hi-Fi with my regular account details I use to log in everywhere else? Why do I need a ‘username’, and why do you insist on telling me my details are incorrect despite me cross-referencing with my details on your website? Awful app.
Always shows something went wrong and doesn't work well. Poor network coverage too.
You can’t upgrade or downgrade your plan via the app but if you call the support number they tell you to do this via the app. I ended up having to go in store just to downgrade my plan which should be a simple process as I’ve been with JB mobile for years. It’s almost a copy & paste of the Telstra app but more buggy and less features. Will be transferring back to normal Telstra once this has expired.

Apps very buggy and doesn’t let me sign into my account
The login via a Telstra page doesn’t work. Updating the password doesn’t fix it. The app is useless. I just want a JB Hifi app. What does this have to do with Telstra?
Apparently this thing is buggy and super annoying. So you can use google or Facebook to log in on web version but on this stupid app it asks only to login with a Telstra account. The Telstra account (which I have none actually) it recovers using the in-app function is something unknown to me. Unbelievably dumb and annoying setup for a big shop like this.
Disappointed that I couldn’t stay with the Telstra app and keep all my bills together. This app is awful, it takes ages to sign in, first it asks for a 4 digit pin which I’ve never been given 😳! Then when I try to sign in using email it freezes and I have to start again and it just freezes for ages. When it finally let me sign it it displayed my account with the paid from last time and I can’t find anywhere to pay my bill which is due in 4 days. It’s very frustrating. Going into Telstra see if they can offer me a new plan so I can return to Telstra app. Puts me off buying from jb Hi-Fi now this is the only way to pay. Also not getting any Telstra points anymore is also annoying.says my bill is due today but there is nowhere that says pay now. How do you pay on this app???????
