JC Golf Tee Times

I’ve been using this app for a few years now, it was pretty bad when I started using it, and over time has gradually gotten worse. I was so excited today when I was notified that there was an update available for the app, only to find NOTHING has been fixed. It looks terrible, the functionality is awful, design and fonts are all over the place and illegible. Despite the fact that I’ve logged in with their ID function hundreds of times and checked “remember me”; I have to log in every single time I use the app. The only thing worse than this app are the rock hard mats at Encinitas Ranch that should have been replaced 5 years ago. JC Golf should stop being a money vacuum and start caring about the product they are putting out there and investing some of that revenue back into their businesses. The people who run this corporation obviously don’t care though.

Absolutely unreasonable!! Golf Club of California charged us a Full holiday rate of $85 dollars one week before Christmas, claiming they are charging holiday rates the full week before Christmas. Absolutely gouging.

Apps are meant to be time efficient and effective at automating tasks. This one is neither. You are asked to constantly login each time for each course, even though a JC member has the same login for all JC Courses. What a waste of time. And it is ineffective at returning accurate tee times with that useless clock spinning like a gyro - you are better off calling the course and talking to a human. Please improve this or stop talking about this crappy app!!

Requires you to log in OVER and OVER and OVER. Half the time it gives errors trying to book tee times.

App doesn’t work for online booking. Website doesn’t work for online booking. Even when it does work you can’t book a decent tee time before 3pm. Pointless membership with terrible service

Cumbersome to go from one course to another .The app should allow to search across with single login. Freezes often. Going through safari works better. After search you can ask 2 nd time login to book, instead of logging in for every course.

Takes too many steps to get what you want

It’s very annoying that the app just takes you to the jc golf website and makes you login every single time. Why can’t we login one time and just browse whatever courses’ tee time? Please integrate all the courses into one place within the app and let us save our login info.

It asks you to login multiple times, and sometimes it doesn’t even load at all. Not good enough.

One of the worst apps ever. It’s clear they do not care about the interface of the app. One of the most laggy, annoying and tedious app to check tee times. It’s actually ridiculous. Makes me want to not renew my jc pass because of how terrible and annoying it is to set up tee times. If you don’t believe me. Try it out for yourself. It’s horrendous.
