Along with the god awful clunky login there is so little you can do - I am assume this is the consequence of being a foreigner.

Having spent hours figuring out how to do online check-in, I gave up at the end. There is literally no online check in option, it kept directing me back to mobile pass insurance which is not relevant at all. This app seriously needs changes, I highly doubt only Korean people know how this app works.

Wont find my booking even though I booked through their website and the checkin process is hopeless ! I have never used such a bad airline app ! I ended up giving up and had to checkin at the airport! 🤬

모바일 체크인을 하려고 하는데 여권스캔이 이렇게 안되는 앱은 처음봅니다. 담당자분은 네이버에 ‘제주항공 여권스캔’으로 쳐보세요! 얼마나 많은 사람들이 여권스캔 안된다고 써놨는지.

작년 베트남 갈때도 실행 안되더니 올해도 접속 자체가 안되네요;;
