It was all great and fine sampai hari ini saya melakukan payment kartu kredit langsung transfer dari rekening lain dan kena charge 50rb. Definisi apa2 diduitin… on another note, your app is okay lah.

Proses yang sangat rumit
Pengajuan penutupan kartu kredit karena ada annual fee dipersulit harus proses penghapusan annual fee terlebih dahulu, Bukankah annual fee dikenakan apabila sy mau tetap menggunakan kartu kredit tersebut? Atas dasar apa kalian mau membebankan annual fee pada nasabah yang meminta tutup kartu tersebut? Telfon call center juga dilempar2 picnya, live chat juga tidak mengerti pertanyaan user, malah dipaksa transaksi dan diubah cicilan, kalau ada cicilan mana bisa ditutup? Mohon dibenahi sop dan sdmnya agar tidak merepotkan nasabah

Biaya nya tiba2 terpotong 120.000 rupiah. Padahal baru pertama kali download dan daftar.jangan coba2 download bank sampah ini. Gak jelas banget kepotong nya apa an padahal nasabah baru. Makan tu uang buat cuci darah
