NAV DATABASE transfer

Request feature to transfer navigation database on airdrop. Would be really useful to get current database quickly and offline.

Useless update

Worked very well before this update. Now the app shuts down in a fraction of a second of tapping it, completely handicapped now.

Slow and app not opening properly after ios 14.2 update

After i updated ios 14.2 the app is not opening , previo i have also seen that after an ios update app takes months to work normally ,

App keeps crashing

Not working with ios 14

The app stays frozen at the logo screen since the ios 14 update. With a large customer base and expensive product, these kind of issues have to be attended to immediately. please wake up.

Bug in the app

When I try to open the app it will hang with the JeppFD pro logo on my screen and some times crash. And when I open app from App Store it opens straight away with no hang or lag .. I don’t know why!? Please fix this.

Frozen since iOS 14 update

The app doesn’t open since the iOS 14 update, and is frozen on the startup page. Kindly fix this issue asap! I’m not the only person having this issue. I have flights to do!

Not working post iOS 14 update

The app refuses to open since my iPad Pro was updated to the latest software. The screen freezes with the Jepessen logo. When can we expect an update patch?

Not working on iOS14

This App has stopped working after updating to iOS14. It would be advisable if the developers would’ve done a compatibility check with Beta iOS14 and fixed the issue before iOS formal roll out. You need to be proactive.

Hung on start after ios14 update

I recently updated my iPad air2 to os14 and since the update the app isn’t working, it’s stuck on start page. Kindly rectify the issue.
