The app is really good, but the casting options never work for me. The computer cast would be perfect if you could fix or give me some guidance on how to use it (it keeps loading forever after scaning the qr code)
I’ve been practing yoga for a long time, but when I discover Jessica, everything has changed! She’s so great, her voice is so calm and peaceful! The app is great! It’s easy to find the courses and the classes! I just love it !
I love this app. Jess found me on YouTube. I’d been practicing for a bit but I wasn’t feeling the anxiety and stress relief I needed - then Jess found me. I was hesitant about getting an app because I’m an old soul in in a young body. Yet, this app has been the medicine my soul has looked for and found. Anytime I need a practice to refocus my mind, I find what I Need here. The daily quotes inspire me and have often been what I needed. I love how she is always asking us for input and keeping us challenged. Yet, through the yoga courses and challenges she creates, they help ground me and keep me focused. As someone who never thought I could heal and manage my anxiety, I have. This app has helped paired with meditation. Love all of Jess's offerings and love that I can access the app on my computer and cast to the TV. She has such good quality content and a large variety of meditation, breathing, and yoga classes. I also love that there are so many challenges - I love a good challenge to motivate me to stay consistent with my practice.
I’ve been doing Jess yoga for four years and it is my absolute favorite way to practice yoga. Her voice is calm and the wide variety of classes is so nice!
I love the free options but there is only a few available. The subscriptions are quite expensive and she does have a YouTube channel. Overall it’s an ok app but if you want one with lots of options for free don’t get this one.
I have been enjoying this app for over a year, having discovered it on YouTube, starting with free videos, and am now an avid, enthusiastic and committed yogi, thanks to Jess. The practices are thoughtful and well-informed. Even when I’m challenging myself with a new pose I have never been injured, so it’s built my trust for Jess. I have found myself becoming stronger and more centered since using this app which I do at least 6 days a week. However you are feeling on any given day and however little or much time you have, Jess has a practice for you. On the rare occasion I’ve had a question or concern, the response has been prompt and helpful and the issue quickly resolved.
Amazing app! As a beginner, I found the instructions super clear and easy to follow. It's also packed with advanced sessions and challenges for experienced people. Highly recommend!
