Flight was all ok. Didn’t think much to the hotel expect it was very clean. The cleaners was lovely and kept the place nice. If your thinking to take kids like we did in may school holiday, I would definitely think again. Kids got bored in this hotel as there wasn’t much at all for them to do. The animations who entertain wasn’t very good. There was only 2 while on our stay. There was a games room. Again not much in there. Had to pay for these as well. I personally wouldn’t go to this hotel again (sentido neptun beach hotel) The food for kids there wasn’t at all much variety for them. It was standard pizza chips and hot dogs. If your kids are fussy then here they will struggle to eat. Overall the food wasn’t all that tbh. I’ve been to better hotels and been better restaurants with lots of variety of foods. Going forward I wouldn’t come back here. Speaking to other people who’s arrived here to stay thought the same as us too. Made some good friends while on our stay which helped entertain each other. I hope this review helps
See above. Poor app. Ok on iPad seems to remember my bookings automatically without logging in. Very confusing 🫤
Always use jet 2 for my many flights, staff always attentive and pleasant. Flights comfortable, planes clean, only once had a short delay which was out-with their control. No issues during flights. Good company

It is RUBBISH. I tried to log in with my e Mail and booking number and it keeps saying that there is no record of the holiday. Then I tried to Wattsapp you as suggested and after answering about 20 questions ( repeating several of them) nobody has got back to me. Total waste of my time
Why, when I’m looking at my flight in the app and want to know it’s status, why do I have to navigate to a separate page and manually type in departure, destination, and flight number ? I’m already looking at the flight. If I want to know the status why does the app need to provide the details that it is already displaying ?
fantastic service from the check in to the plane and then arriving at the hotel. i left my buggy at the airport and the staff got it back to me the same evening would definitely fly again
It always feels like Jet2 are on your side. Unusual these days for any business that provides any goods or services, they always seem to let you down or feel like you’ve been fleeced. Wish Jet2 did finance, retail, mobile phones etc etc
Just returned from a weeks break from Fuerteventura and wow jet 2 was amazing! First time ever using jet 2 and they was brilliant!! Check in from Manchester airport was so smooth everything so stress free! Used their on board food and drink range and they was amazing🥰 especially their sandwiches! 22kg baggage can’t go wrong so much room! Looking to book with jet 2 next year. Thanks guys!
