I regret ever purchasing the full version of JetAudio. The app fails to play a significant number of MP3 files, and their customer support is completely unresponsive. Despite multiple attempts to reach out and provide all the requested details, I received no meaningful assistance or resolution.
Their lack of professionalism and disregard for customers is appalling. Instead of solving the issue, they ignore your concerns, leaving you stuck with a faulty product.
Save your money and avoid this app at all costs. There are far better alternatives with reliable functionality and professional support teams.

I love how this app will start on the next song as the one I’m listening to is ending.
What I would like this app to do is this;
1-I would like to edit the songs by name of song, artist name and album.
2-I would like to pick either the artists name or name of songs to listen too.

Good player missing some Very basic features
This is a solid player with a decdnt feature set - crossfade / ReplayGain / gapless / network support - but for the life of me I cannot understand how the concept of automatically advancing to the next folder once the files in a given folder are played escaped the developers. I’ve emailed support but have not received a reply.

some Bug and missing options
it could not play few songs in my playlist started playing random song even after clearing playlist que. and can not find option to fetch data from i cloud.
Unable to play
Unable to play half of my Apple music library. Maybe because they’re lossless or Atmos but its a let down.

~Bug? For the Developers~
Ads are frequently interrupting and stopping playback of music when JetAudio is accessing my SMB network to play the files.
It worked well until recently.
I use the app on 2 iPhones (5&7) and an iPad. Issue appears on all devices. I hope that helps
