Very affordable, reliable and easy to install (just as long as cell phone is unlocked).

Connection so unstable I had like 4.3gb used overnight as I slept as it disconnected and reconnected. I don't have i cloud or automatic updates so I know it wasn't my settings. Service super uncooperative when faced with facts

I never review apps but I need to compliment this one. I purchased a very inexpensive data package for my trip to Italy. The esim worked great. What was more impressive was the free lounge access for a flight delay. I was surprised when I automatically received an email with a link to a pass for myself and my travel companion. I received it even before I knew my flight had been delayed. We had access to a beautiful lounge before our flight which made the delay much more pleasant.

The service is barely usable in the UK. I have full bars but might as well be on a dial up connection.

I have traveled to Germany from Iraqi Kurdistan (Sulaymaniyah). I have previously used eSim from most companies such as airalo and holafly. But this is my first time using a jetpac. Don’t use this for anything important. Repeatedly I’d have 5G and almost full bars yet couldn’t connect to the internet or receive texts and calls (using data). So when someone was trying to contact me in an emergency, none of the texts or calls went through to my phone until I arrived home 2 hours later and connected to WiFi. Everything was fine, I could text, call and connect to the internet. Then randomly throughout the day, despite still having 5G and several bars, it would completely cut out. It still showed 5G and multiple bars. But nothing would work. I’d have to turn on and off airplane mode a couple times to fix it. While this is fine for sending texts, or connecting to the internet, it’s an absolute deal breaker if you want people to be able to contact you, especially friends and family you might be on vacation with. Avoid unless you don’t want to receive messages or notifications reliably.
