Don’t use this for anything important. Repeatedly I’d have 5G and almost full bars yet couldn’t connect to the internet or receive texts and calls (using data). So when someone was trying to contact me in an emergency, none of the texts or calls went through to my phone until I arrived home 2 hours later and connected to WiFi.
Everything was fine, I could text, call and connect to the internet. Then randomly throughout the day, despite still having 5G and several bars, it would completely cut out. It still showed 5G and multiple bars. But nothing would work. I’d have to turn on and off airplane mode a couple times to fix it. While this is fine for sending texts, or connecting to the internet, it’s an absolute deal breaker if you want people to be able to contact you, especially friends and family you might be on vacation with.
Avoid unless you don’t want to receive messages or notifications reliably.
Great service
The app and the service provided are outstanding! Easy to install the eSIM in the phone. Great packages / prices. They work seamlessly when arriving on site. Shall a problem arise, they will help you immediately, provided it is on their working hours otherwise they will answer you with some solution.
On top of that one can access lounges for far better prices than other companies. The emergency access to lounges in case your flight gets delayed is also a great plus. And all in one app - JetPac!

Good pricing and coverage in India
Good pricing and coverage in India. Data only plans in India without a local phone number due to local laws, though it worked for most of my use cases. Great option of you need an eSIM activated upon landing there to connect.

Worked Well
I studied abroad this past spring in Barcelona and Jetpac was a lifesaver. It does get pricey when you use a lot of data but overall this eSIM was definitely worth it. I’d recommend it to anyone. I know there are many eSims out there but this one is reliable, fast, and easy.
Unreliable connection and application
Sometimes will not connect and very unreliable when you really need it. Activated the pack right after installing sim when i. Wanted to activate it in three days. App is slow to load and clunky.
