Rewards issues
The app is glitchy to say the least and is riddled with issues. One main issue is when you try to login to the rewards on the app it won’t let you login to the rewards. It is an endless cycle of inputting your information and then the result is nothing happens. The rewards login hasn’t worked for many months. So that extortion service fee they charge with each order of $9, clearly that money isn’t going toward technology development. The worst app out of any pizza provider.
Doing apply promos right
I had a promo for 20% off all pizzas, and was told the discount would apply automatically at checkout. That didn’t happen, and there was no coupon code to type in :/ Otherwise the app works okay, though is a little unintuitive at times.
Best Pizza Ever
Jet’s Pizza can’t be beat! Their pizza is always hot and fresh. They use only the best ingredients and is always made exactly as ordered. Management and employees are always courteous. I tell everyone that Jet’s is the best!
inconsistent app
Good luck. Works perfectly if I order from my local Jet’s. Try to order from my friend’s house on the other side of town, and it gives me an an entirely different interface, refuses to let me log-in to my existing account, locks into an endless loop of verification emails that still will not let you sign in, yet tells you that your email is already in use. The kicker…it will not let you simply order as a guest. WHAT. A. JOKE.
No order updates
You can’t track your orders progress and it does r even register that you have an order on the app
Won't let me order
Keeps saying that my order does not march an order type at my local Jets location. It's 2025 already, you can't get an app developer that will show a menu based on location? Ordering from somewhere else
App is useless
Prices never shown so when you click on coupon it never shows you the price. Also when you redeem “rewards” it said not redeemable for this store.
Always Hot/Always Ready/ Always Delicious!
This is great pizza! Love it!
Needs help
App is not good, then frustrating when you have to call the store and then can’t communicate with the staff, language barriers
