Jet's Pizza

We have been eating Jet's since 5 years, it's a Friday night staple at our house. Happy this app is here, it's much simpler than ordering on their website

Really sharp looking app, better than most pizza chains out there. Had no issues at all with my order. Store delivered it perfectly, delicious!

I love this pizza so much. The sauce with the gooey cheese and the crust is so amazing. The square style crunchiness of it all is so exhilarating just to take that first bite. Thank you jets for the lovely experiences. 🍕😍

I used to order jets on this all the time, depending on what franchise you order from the reward system works fine… but for some you must repeatedly login or it will outright not let you login to your jets account. It will say you have incorrectly entered password or username even though you didn’t. Kinda annoying to be forced to call store to use your rewards but whatever I guess🤷‍♂️ not many places online where people talked about this so it could also be just me, but I have had to reset my password multiple times just to confirm that it would NOT let me login no matter what I typed, sooo yea…..

When I try to put the specials you have advertised on my Jets app on my phone into texting, it will not give me the special price -15%. Wants to charge me full price.

This app is terrible

Your pizza is the best in the metro but your app is useless. I have attempted to place this order 3 times. I am allowed to add one pizza but as soon as I choose the second pizza it says it worked but when I pull up my cart to check out the second pizza gets removed. Frustrated and giving up.

If using the app I’m unable to see the order after sending it.

It’s not allowing me to redeem my points for any of the rewards

Frustrating. It seems to link to a main site that has your rewards but can’t find your location. Clicking on the saved address takes you to a different looking site that doesn’t honor your reward points. I usually get frustrated and order from somewhere else.
